Reiki is an ancient Japanese art of subtle energy healing for physical, mental and spiritual growth. Reiki is energy that connects our higher self with everything around us. We are all made up of energy. Energy follows intention!
We use Reiki to balance our energy, break down any energy blockages in the body. When performing a healing session, source energy emanates from my hands to align with frequencies associated with physical healing. Chakras will become balanced.
Benefits of having a Reiki session include contentment, relaxation, decreased feelings of stress and anxiety and fear, and in some cases elimination of physical conditions of illness. Not a replacement for professional medical/health care , and not intended to replace the advice of your physician.
In 2012 I experienced a health crisis, which ultimately led me down the path of Energy Medicine. My name is Suzanne, and I am a Reiki Master, practicing Reiki on people and animals, also Tai Chi and Qigong practitioner and teacher. All you need is your hands and positive intention!
If you are in need of one-on-one Reiki or healing sessions, or would like to attend a workshop, please contact me via email. I work with a Tai Chi Master and we present workshops and seminars on everything Energy.
Animal Reiki for cats and dogs! Animals are very sensitive, and most like hands-on healing. These are short sessions, no longer than 20 minutes. The animal determines when to end a session.

Qigong is a relaxing, soft form of martial arts comprised of various exercises that anyone can learn. It improves balance, lowers blood pressure. Sometimes referred to as meditation in motion.
